The Global Notification Manager for Oracle Application Express allows a workspace administrator to display a multilingual global notification message.
Although global notifications are a built-in functionality of Oracle Application Express, their usage requires some preconditions that significantly limit their effectiveness.
In order to overcome these limitations, Yocoya.com has developed an application that makes use of Oracle Application Express APIs, bringing Global Notification to the next level.
